Summary: Dave's marriage is dead and his restaurant just went belly up. Alphonse, Dave's neighbor, hatches a mad-yet-ingenious scheme in the hopes of saving his buddy's sagging fortune. After staging the sightings of an extremely rare bird in the neighborhood, bird watchers and hungry patrons the world over, flock to the area. But soon, Dave's restaurant is swimming in controversy.
